Maxing out

This past week, the athletic program maxed out. On Wednesday, we started with either bench, or incline. I did incline. I ended up getting 105 and improved by 5 pounds since last time. On Thursday we either maxed out on squat or on power clean. I did squat. My goal on squat was 200. I didn't get it by a long shot. I got 155. I improved by 5 pounds on that also. On Friday, we maxed out on what we didn't do on Wednesday. For me, that was bench. Last time I got 110. This time, I got 115. Do the math. I improved by 5 pounds on that also. Today, we maxed out on what we didn't do on Thursday. I did power clean. Last time I got 110. This time I got 115. Se what happened? I improved by 5 pounds on everything. I thought it was pretty cool. Well that is all that is very interesting right now.
